Custom Product

Custom Product. Means any product(s) (including without limitation, any Deliverables or Custom Modifications) that are created, designed, developed, manufactured or acquired by or on behalf of Supplier in support of the Service under this Agreement (whether by Supplier or its employees, agents or contractors, and whether completed or in-progress) pursuant to the AT&T requirements and paid for by AT&T.

Custom Product. A Product that Cisco and Supplier have agreed to designate as a "Custom Product" and ‘Liable' in connection with the price negotiation process and is documented as such in Cisco's then-current commodity information/attributes database.
