Customary Documents. All or any of: a purchase agreement, an investor rights agreement, a voting agreement, a right of first refusal and co-sale agreement and/or other ancillary agreements, with customary representations and warranties and transfer restrictions (including, without limitation, a customary lock-up agreement in connection with an initial public offering) or other similar documents.
