Customer Material

Customer Material. Mean Raw Materials provided by or on behalf of Customer to Corden. All Customer Material, including qualified suppliers, shall be listed in the respective Product Addendum.

Customer Material. Any materials (including API) listed as customer materials in any Specifications or Statement of Work, and any other materials or items supplied under this Agreement by or on behalf of Customer, including information and documentation pertaining to manufacturing and handling specifications and requirements, testing procedures, GMP requirements and other technical information concerning the Manufacture of Product, as provided by, on behalf of, or directed by, Customer.
