Customer Revenues. All cash, property, Chattel Paper, Instruments or other value transferred, paid, payable, distributed or distributable to or for the account of Commerce Energy by Assigned Customers as payment for natural gas purchases and related services and any other right of Commerce Energy to payment pursuant to a Term Contract.
