Example Definitions of "Customer Technology"
Customer Technology. Means (a) Customer Materials, (b) Product and any intermediates or derivatives thereof, (c) Specifications, and (d) the Technology of Customer owned, developed or obtained by or on behalf of Customer prior to the Effective Date, or developed or obtained by or on behalf of Customer independent of this Agreement and without reliance upon the Confidential Information of Manufacturer.
