CVC Registrable Securities

CVC Registrable Securities. (i) any Equity Shares acquired by, or issued or issuable to, CVC or its affiliates (other than any Equity Shares which constitute Fund Registrable Securities) or the Individual Investors on or after the date hereof, (ii) any capital stock of the Company acquired by CVC or its affiliates (other than any capital stock which constitutes Fund Registrable Securities) or the Individual Investors on or after the date hereof, and (iii) any shares of capital stock of the Company issued or issuable with... respect to the securities referred to in clause (i) or (ii) above by way of a stock dividend or stock split or in connection with a combination of shares, recapitalization, merger, consolidation or other reorganization.
