CWC Liabilities

CWC Liabilities. All present and future liabilities and obligations of CWC to Mountain Union under the Master License Agreement and under each of the Site License Agreements arising during the "Initial Term" of each respective agreement. As defined in each respective agreement, the "Initial Term" is a period of ten (10) years beginning on the Commencement Date (as defined therein).
