Cypress Information

Cypress Information. Shall mean all data and Information developed or acquired by or for Cypress, its Affiliates and permitted sub-licensees and used by Cypress, its Affiliates and sub-licensees in filing for any Regulatory Approvals for the Licensed Products and marketing the Licensed Product in the Licensed Territory. Cypress Information excludes Cypress Patents and Cypress Formulation Patents.
