CZM Permits

CZM Permits. Means those certain Coastal Zone Management Permits Nos. CZT No. 55-84L and CZT No. 1-81W (which has now been incorporated into Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-12-90W) and CZT No. 30-79L issued by the Department of Planning and Natural Resources of the Government of the Virgin Islands on behalf of the Coastal Zone Management Commission, pursuant to the Coastal Zone Management Act, 12 V.I.C. §901 et seq., copies of which are annexed hereto as Schedule 12.
