Daily Funds Rate

Daily Funds Rate. The prime rate as announced in the Wall Street Journal plus One and Five-Tenths Percent (1.5%) divided by 360. The initial prime rate shall be the prime rate in effect on the Effective Date of this Agreement. The Daily Funds Rate may be adjusted from time to time as of the date of any change in the prime rate.
