Example Definitions of "Daily Net Settlement Amount"
Daily Net Settlement Amount. For each of the 40 consecutive Trading Days during the relevant Observation Period, shall consist of: (a) if the Company does not elect a Cash Percentage or the Company elects (or is deemed to have elected) a Cash Percentage of 0% as set forth herein, a number of Nokia Consideration Units equal to (i) the difference between the Daily Conversion Value and $25, divided by (ii) the sum of (x) the product of the Daily VWAP for such Trading Day and the Equity Component and (y) the Cash Component; ...
