Data Center
Data Center. Shall mean each of the data centers located within the Chicago metropolitan area, Illinois and Ft. Wayne, Indiana, as further described in Schedule J.
Data Center. Means the data center facility located at the Building, which is operated and controlled by Instinet, and at which Instinet shall provide the majority of the Services.
