Data Protection Laws. Data Protection Laws. All laws, rules, regulations, and orders of any jurisdiction or subdivision thereof relating to the privacy, security, confidentiality and/or integrity of Personal Data that are applicable to the operations, services or products of CBMG China and Novartis, including but not limited to China Cybersecurity Law and other laws and regulations governing personal data protection.
