Example Definitions of "Date of Separation from Service"
Date of Separation from Service. Shall mean (i) if the separation from service occurs due to the Company's Termination Without Cause of the Grantee, the date specified in the notice of termination given to the Grantee; or (ii) if the separation from service occurs due to the Grantee's Resignation For Good Reason, the date of his separation from service specified in the notice thereof.
