Date of Substantial Completion
Date of Substantial Completion. The date which is the earlier of: (i) the date on which the Finish Work is Substantially Complete, or (ii) the date on which the Finish Work would have been Substantially Complete but for a Tenant Delay, both as reasonably determined by Landlord.
