Date of Termination

Date of Termination. For an Eligible Employee, the Eligible Employee's "separation from service" as defined in Treasury Regulation § 1.409A-1(h).

Date of Termination. The date upon which the Employee ceases to serve as an employee of the Bank

Date of Termination. The date of the termination of the Executive's employment.

Date of Termination. The date of the termination of this Agreement and Executive's employment with the Company pursuant to Section 3(b) of this Agreement

Date of Termination. Means (i) if the Executive’s employment is terminated by the Company for “Cause,” the date specified in the Notice of Termination, and (ii) if the Executive’s employment is terminated for any other reason, the date on which a Notice of Termination is given.
