Day. A period of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours commencing at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Day. Or "DAILY" shall mean a twenty-four (24) hour period commencing 7:00 a.m. Central Standard or Daylight Savings time, as applicable, and extending until 7:00 a.m. Central Standard or Daylight Savings time, as applicable, on the following Day.
