Death

Death. Executive's employment shall terminate automatically upon Executive's death.

Death. Shall mean the death of the Executive.

If you die, the RSU Shares underlying your Outstanding RSUs (whether or not Vested) will be delivered to your Account and any Transfer Restrictions will cease to apply as soon as practicable after the date of death and receipt of any documentation as may be requested by the Committee or a SIP Administrator.
