Debt For Borrowed Money. Means, as to any Person, at any date, without duplication, (a) all obligations of such Person for borrowed money, (b) all obligations of such Person evidenced by bonds, debentures, notes or other similar instruments and (c) all obligations of such Person to pay the deferred purchase price of property or services, except trade accounts payable arising in the ordinary course of business.
Debt For Borrowed Money. Means the sum of the total outstanding amount of Term Loans, Letter of Credit Obligations, and Revolving Advances made pursuant to the Credit Agreement.
Debt For Borrowed Money. As to person, debt for borrowed money or as evidenced by notes, bonds, debentures or similar evidences of any such debt of such person, the deferred and unpaid purchase price of any property or business (other than trade accounts payable incurred in the ordinary course of business and constituting current liabilities) and all obligation under the Lease.
