Debt

Debt. The outstanding principal hereof and all accrued but unpaid interest thereon

Debt. Shall mean all obligations, liabilities and indebtedness of Borrowers to Lender described in and pursuant to the Forbearance Agreement, including but not limited to, the Judgment.

Debt. Of Maker, means (i) indebtedness for obligations for borrowed money by the issuance and sale of any debt securities, and (ii) sale of royalty interest for cash.
