Example Definitions of "Debt"
Debt. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, (i) any obligations of the Borrower or any Guarantor with respect to (x) any obligations under the Existing Credit Agreement secured by the Wells Fargo Default Interest LC and (y) the Existing Letters of Credit shall not constitute Debt and (ii) the undischarged balance of the Helium VPP and obligations arising under the Helium VPP Documents shall not constitute Debt.
Debt.
