Dedication

Dedication. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Seller dedicates and commits to the performance of this Agreement (i) 100 percent of its owned and/or controlled Gas produced from the well(s) described on the attached Exhibit "B," and (ii) the acreage assigned to such well(s).
