Example Definitions of "Deed"
Deed. The special warranty deed, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "B", to be delivered by Seller to Purchaser in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, subject only to the Permitted Exceptions (hereinafter defined)
