Deemed Termination

Deemed Termination. Customer shall be deemed to have terminated this Agreement prior to the end of any term on the date that Customer shall have ceased presenting the Bill(s) to SYSTRAN in the normal course for an uninterrupted period of thirty (30) days ("Deemed Termination").
