Default Notice

Example Definitions of "Default Notice"
Default Notice. Has the meaning given in Clause 18.2;
Default Notice. Means a notice of the occurrence of an Event of Default given by a Secured Party to the Collateral Agent and to the other Secured Parties.
Default Notice. Means written notice sent by Senior Lender to the Creditors advising Creditors that an Event of Default, which did not arise as a result of a Payment Default, has occurred.
