Defeasance Collateral. Obligations or securities, not subject to prepayment, call or early redemption, each of which qualifies as a "Government security" as defined in Section 2(a)(16) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (15 U.S.C. ยง80a-1 et seq. ), together with all revenues and proceeds of such obligations or securities
Defeasance Collateral. Shall mean cash pledged to the Collateral Agent as collateral pursuant to Section 13 (including, without limitation, all amounts on deposit in the Defeasance Collateral Account (as defined in Section 13.4)).
