Defeasance Collateral. Means obligations or securities selected by Borrower, not subject to prepayment, call or early redemption, each of which qualifies as a "Government security" as defined in Section 2(a)(16) of the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (15 U.S.C. ยง80a-1 et seq. ), together with all revenues and proceeds of such obligations or securities.
