DEFEASANCE PREMIUM

DEFEASANCE PREMIUM. Shall mean the amount (if any) which, when added to the remaining Principal Amount of this Note that has not been subject to a prior Defeasance Event, will be sufficient to purchase Defeasance Collateral providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments allocated to this Note.
