Defect or Defective. With respect to Deliverables: Deliverables that, at the time of Delivery, fail to meet any purchase criteria, Specifications or other requirements provided in a Service Schedule or otherwise agreed to by the parties. With respect to Services: Services that fail to comply with Section 2.3 or any other requirements expressly provided therefor in a Service Schedule.
