Example Definitions of "Deferred Stock"
Deferred Stock. Common Stock to be delivered at the end of a Deferral Period and awarded by the Committee under Section 9 of the Plan
Deferred Stock. Means a right, described in Section 6(e), to receive Stock or other Awards or a combination thereof at the end of a specified deferral period.
