Defined Terms

Defined Terms. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Senior Credit Agreement. The following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

Defined Terms. Each capitalized term used herein but not otherwise defined herein has the meaning given such term in the Credit Agreement.
