Defined Terms

Defined Terms. All defined terms used in this Amendment shall have their respective meanings set forth in the Existing Loan Agreement

Defined Terms. "Standstill Termination Date" means the earliest to occur of (a) December 1, 2023, (b) the initiation or other exercise of any remedy by any creditor (other than any Purchaser or the Collateral Agent) holding Indebtedness of the Issuer or any guarantor in an amount greater than US$750,000.00, and (c) the date on which Issuer begins an Insolvency Proceeding, or an Insolvency Proceeding is begun against Issuer (other than by any Purchaser or the Collateral Agent).

Defined Terms. Meanings given to them in the Purchase Agreement

Defined Terms. Used herein without definition shall have the meanings given in the Employment Agreement

Defined Terms. The defined terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the same meanings as in the Loan Agreement.

Defined Terms. Capitalized terms used in this License Agreement and not otherwise defined when used shall have the meanings set forth on Exhibit A.

Defined Terms. All defined terms used in this Agreement shall have the definitions set forth in the Plan and in the Stock Option Benefit, unless specifically defined herein. If there is any inconsistency between the defined terms in the Plan and in the Stock Option Benefit, the defined terms in the Plan shall govern.

Defined Terms. A listing of the defined terms utilized in the Plan is set forth in Appendix A.

Defined Terms. Terms as set forth in the Drawdown Loan Agreement between the Lender and Borrowers dated October 10, 2013 (the "Loan Agreement") shall have the same meanings as attributed thereto

Defined Terms. Without prejudice to other terms defined herein, any capitalized term used, but not otherwise defined in this Agreement, has the meaning ascribed to such term in Schedule 1.1 to this Agreement. The meaning assigned to each term defined in Schedule 1.1 hereto shall apply equally to both the singular and plural forms of such term.
