Definition of "Eligible Employee". An employee of the Company whose employment is involuntarily terminated during the Plan Term as a result of the elimination of the employee's position, other than by reason of the outsourcing of such position to a third party vendor or contractor, and who is notified by the Company in writing that he or she is eligible to participate in the Plan.
