Definitions. Each of the definitions set forth on Exhibit A hereto are, solely for the purpose of Section 9 hereof, hereby incorporated herein by reference. Unless otherwise defined herein, terms which are defined in the Repurchase Agreement and used herein are intended to be used as such terms are so defined in the Repurchase Agreement.

Definitions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to such terms in Appendix A to the Master Indenture or the Indenture Supplement, as applicable. The following capitalized terms shall have the following meanings:

Definitions. Except as otherwise defined in this Agreement, capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to such respective terms in the NPA or, if not defined therein, shall have the meanings ascribed to such respective terms in the applicable Convertible Note(s).
