DeIdentified Record
DeIdentified Record. Means a Record that has been de-identified according to the standard set forth in U.S. law under 45 CFR 164.514(a) and (b) of the implementing regulations of the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") of 1996. A De-Identified Record may be either an Unrestricted De-Identified Record or a Customary De-Identified Record.
