Delayed ExUS Commercial Assets

Delayed ExUS Commercial Assets. : (i) the Hospira Assets (other than Delayed Ex-U.S. Manufacturing Assets) that are held by Distributor as of the Effective Time; and (ii) the Hospira Assets that are held by Distributor of the type described in subsection (v) of the definition of Hospira Assets in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
