Delayed ExUS Commercial Liabilities

Delayed ExUS Commercial Liabilities. : (i) the Hospira Liabilities (other than Delayed Ex-U.S. Manufacturing Liabilities) of Distributor that remain outstanding as of the Effective Time; and (ii) the Hospira Liabilities of Distributor of the type described in subsection (vi) of the definition of Hospira Liabilities in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
