Delisting Event. After the original issuance of the Series E Preferred Stock, the following have occurred and are continuing: both (a) the shares of Series E Preferred Stock are no longer listed on the NYSE, the NYSE American or Nasdaq, or listed or quoted on an exchange or quotation system that is a successor to the NYSE, the NYSE American or Nasdaq, and (b) Gladstone Commercial Corporation is not subject to the reporting requirements of the Exchange Act, but any Series E Preferred Stock is still outstanding

Delisting Event. Any time during the term of this Agreement, that the Common Stock is not listed for and actively trading on a Trading Market, or is suspended or delisted with respect to the trading of shares of Common Stock on a Trading Market
Delisting Event. An event which shall be deemed to have occurred if the Shares cease to be listed, traded or publicly quoted on the Principal Market on which Shares are listed as of such date, and shall continue until such shares are relisted or requoted on either the New York Stock Exchange, the NYSE American, the NASDAQ Global Select Market, the NASDAQ Global Market or the NASDAQ Capital Market (each, a "Principal Market").
