Delivered Amount

Delivered Amount. Means, with respect to any Dispatch Hour, the Energy delivered by Supplier to Buyer at the designated Point(s) of Delivery during such Dispatch Hour, whether or not such Energy was generated by the Asset Bundle, plus any additional amounts pursuant to Section 4.1.2, Section 4.1.3 and the Ancillary Services provided by Supplier for Buyer during any Dispatch Hour pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
