Delivery Period

Delivery Period. The period beginning on the Effective Date of the Agreement, and expiring on the last day of the Agreement or any renewal thereof; provided, however, that AT&T's appointment as Your agent under Section 6.3 will survive expiration of the Agreement for a reasonable phase-out period not to exceed thirty (30) days.

Delivery Period. In respect of each exercise of the Holder's purchase right hereunder, the period commencing on the delivery of an Exercise Form in respect of such exercise and ending on the deadline for delivery of the applicable Warrant Shares as set forth in Section 2(e)
