Delivery Schedule

Delivery Schedule. Means the schedule for delivery of the Initial Order as indicated in Schedule B. Delivery or Products shall be to the BSP at the address indicated above, or as mutually agreed. All deliveries of the Initial Order must be completed within [**] months from the execution of this Agreement. Subsequent delivery schedules shall be as mutually agreed to in writing and shall be irrevocable following acceptance by RIM.
