DELTABASE ACCESS PLAN

DELTABASE ACCESS PLAN. Shall mean the plan mutually agreed to by the parties, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT A which establishes mechanisms for Pfizer to document access to the DeltaBase and ensure compliance with the requirements of this Agreement and the parameters of such access plan.
