Demand Date

Example Definitions of "Demand Date"
Demand Date. Means the date on which the majority in interest of Holders request that the Company effect a registration statement pursuant to Section 2 hereof.
Demand Date. Means the last date of the Demand Period in which at least a majority of the Holders of Registrable Securities demand the registration of any Registrable Securities pursuant to Section 2 hereof.
Demand Date. Shall mean the date the Company receives the written request for registration of Registrable Stock from Purchaser pursuant to Section 3 hereof.
Demand Date. Means the date, if any, on which AOL delivers to the Company a true written certification to the Company that the AOL Roll-In (as defined in the Directory Agreement) is effective.
Demand Date. Means the date on which a written demand for the filing of a Registration Statement is made pursuant to Section 2(a).
Demand Date. Shall mean the date when at least two-thirds (2/3) of the holders in interest of the Warrants outstanding deliver notice to the Company of their demand that the Company file a Registration Statement with the SEC pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Demand Date. Means the date the Holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities deliver a written request to the Company that the Company file a Registration Statement under Section 2(a) of this Agreement
Demand Date. Shall mean the date on which the Holder makes a demand on the Company pursuant to Sections 2(a) or 2(b) of this Registration Rights Agreement to cause the designated Registrable Securities to be registered in accordance with the provisions contained herein.
