Demand Filing Deadline
Demand Filing Deadline. Means the date which is fifteen (15) Trading Days after the Demand Request Date; provided, that with respect to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed pursuant to Section 2(f), such date shall be twenty (20) Trading Days after the Demand Request Date.
