Example Definitions of "Demand Period"
Demand Period. Means, with respect to either Initiating Demand Stockholder, the period commencing on the date that is 90 days following the Closing Date and expiring on such date as such Initiating Demand Stockholder shall cease to beneficially own Registrable Common Shares representing at least 50% of the Registrable Common Shares issued to such Initiating Demand Stockholder in the Merger.
Demand Period. Each successive 365-day period beginning two years from the date hereof
