Demand Registration Period. The period from and after (i) the date upon which one-third (1/3) of the Shares issued to the Shareholder pursuant to the Deferral Agreement are no longer subject to the restrictions set forth in Section 4 of the Deferral Agreement, through and including (ii) the date which is 12 calendar months following the latest of the expiration of the terms of the leases dated January 31, 2007 and May 30, 2007 between subsidiaries of the Company and subsidiaries of the Shareholder, as amended
