Demand Registration Statement

Demand Registration Statement. Means a Registration Statement filed or to be filed pursuant to Section 2 or pursuant to a written Holder Request pursuant to Section 3.

Demand Registration Statement. Means the Demand Registration Statement required to be filed under Section 2(a), including the Prospectus, amendments and supplements to such registration statement or Prospectus, including pre- and post-effective amendments, all exhibits thereto, and all material incorporated by reference or deemed to be incorporated by reference in such registration statement

Demand Registration Statement. A Registration Statement filed pursuant to a Demand Registration.

Demand Registration Statement. A Registration Statement of the Company which covers the Registrable Securities requested to be included therein pursuant to the provisions of Section 2(a)
