Demand Request

Demand Request. Each request (a "Demand Request") for a Demand Registration shall specify the approximate number of Registrable Securities requested to be registered, the anticipated per share or per unit price range for such offering and the intended method of distribution; provided, however, that no such Demand Registration shall cover more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount of the Company's shares available for trading as of the date of such registration request.
