DEMAND RIGHTS HOLDERS

DEMAND RIGHTS HOLDERS. Means the following: (i) all Holders holding shares of Common Stock (x) issued upon the conversion of shares of Series A Stock, Series A-1 Stock, Series D Stock or Series E Stock and (y) then outstanding and not registered; and (ii) all Holders of Indigo Common Stock.
