Demand Stockholder

Demand Stockholder. Means each of (a) Mr. Chesonis, (b) the US LEC Demand Stockholder, (c) the MDCP Stockholder and (d) the Blackstone Stockholder.

Demand Stockholder. As of the date of determination, any Stockholder holding (a) Warrants that are exercisable for 10% or more of the Warrant Shares issued and outstanding as of such date or issuable upon exercise of all outstanding Warrants as of such date or (b) 10% or more of the Warrant Shares issued and outstanding as of such date or issuable all outstanding Warrants as of such date.
