Demising Wall
Demising Wall. A build demising wall so as to separate the Demised Premises from the Surrendered Space in accordance with the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Demising Wall"), which provides Tenant with a minimum of 27 feet 10 inches of width in the IT room.
